Conscious Living Fair

Saturday 26th September

Rayrigg Rooms, Bowness-on-Windermere

Free Entry

Working with local groups providing information to the public about living ethically, local eco-projects, permaculture, food, sustainability, holistic health and wellbeing. Holistic health taster sessions, fair trade products, Hubble Bubble organics, Betty & Babs, SLACC, SusKes, light refreshments.

Creative Visulisation:
Imagining your future

Sunday 27th September

How would you like your future to be? Less stress? More play? More time to do the things you love? Do you dream of a different future?

This workshop will center around creative visulisation techniques to imagine - and begin creating - aspects of the future you dream about. If you can imagine it - you can begin creating it. Fun-filled, vision-boards, colour & intention setting - the only skills to bring along are a sense of adventure, humour and fun - along with your imagination.

A Taste of Transformation

Monday 28th September

The purpose of transformational healing is to heal the beliefs that block living a life that reflects your highest purpose and living a life full of joy, love and truth, a life where you live as a conscious creator, taking full responsibility for what you create.

This day is a "try it and see day." It is entirely experiential. It does not matter whether you have never done anything like it before or you are an experienced therapist. 

Simply allow yourself to open to that which can enhance what you already know, to enhance who you truly are.

Drumming Workshop

Sunday 27th September

Drumming is the perfect way to let go of your thoughts, switch off from your daily routine and turn on to the joy of rythmn. This workshop is designed for people of all abilities, first timers welcome. Drum Magic will lead you through all you need to know to participate in a group performance at the end of the afternoon. Drums provided – visiting drums welcome.

Just bring a love of rythmn with you for a dynamic afternoon.

An Introduction to Permaculture
Tuesday 29th September

Rayrigg Rooms, Bowness-on-Windermere

This introduction day will cover the basics of permaculture and how people can practise permaculture in their everyday lives. It will cover the tweIve permaculture design principles and how they can be easily understood and applied by the novice. In the afternoon there will be the opportunity to visit two gardens in Bowness run along permaculture principles.

Fun filled and dynamic, this day may include a video as well as some practical experience and hands-on exercises.

Participants will recieve a copy of "Permaculture in a Nutshell" by Patrick Whitefield to take home with them.

Tree Spirit Journey
Wednesday 30th September

A Tree Spirit Journey offers a way of deepening our awareness of trees, and the latent energy both within each individual tree and within each tree species. It involves slowing down our body and our mind to reach the state of awareness needed to be able to feel for ourselves the subtle energies in these, our most valuable plant allies. Within each Tree Spirit Journey space is given over to the exploration of the vast wealth of history and mythology associated with different trees and tree species. The Wisdom of Trees, their long-sightedness and great fortitude is a precious resource that we can learn to tap into.
